This Dometic KRA series condensing unit is used in direct expansion refrigeration or freezer systems such as cockpit refrigerator-freezers or catch-box chillers (not holdover plate systems), and can also be used with built-in galley refrigerator-freezers. KRA units work in conjunction with evaporator plates installed in an insulated box or a box wrapped with evaporator tubing.
